Quality Manager needed for Southern NH auto parts manufacturer. This position is responsible for the supervision of 4 subordinate supervisors who manage a total of 20 employees. Individual must support ISO 9001 Certification. A Bachelors of Science with 4-5 years experience is preferred, but any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency with manufacturing software, spreadsheet and word processing.
Premier custom injection
molder seeks experienced Operations Manager. Oversee entire Production
department with technical staff. Must possess engineering degree and have
superb management skills. Multiple site locations (i.e., Northeast, Southwest
and Mexico).
Extensive process
engineering background in high volume injection molding operations needed.
Degree in Plastics or manufacturing engineering required. Supervise activities
of assigned technical staff. Supervise activities of assigned technical staff.
Provide tech support in process control, troubleshooting and process
standardization.
Provide technical, quality
and production leadership to manufacturing cells on assigned shift. Responsible
for assigned manufacturing areas and associates. 3 – 5 years proven experience
in a team based manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and BS
degree in industrial mgt/business preferred
Fast track position. Responsible for the direction of assigned production, maintenance, scheduling and engineering resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance. Implement/drive lean manufacturing systems throughout facility. 5 – 7 years managerial experience in MRP/ERP supported manufacturing operations. Thorough knowledge of lean manufacturing methods and principles. BS in manufacturing ops or engineering, MBA and APICS certification preferred.
